During the month of June 2007, we traveled to the East Coast and combined a wonderful visit with our daughters and their families with a long-anticipated trip to New York City. Our visit to The Big Apple was centered around seeing the 2006 Tony winner for Best Musical, THE JERSEY BOYS, on Broadway with the original cast. The show was great, but so were the delightful dinners with old friends and visits to the following sites:
Ground Zero (the site of the former World Trade Center)
Ellis Island (including photo opportunities from the Ferry)
In and Around Rockefeller Center (including Firefighters Memorial Park, Top of the Rock, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and Radio City Music Hall)
