Yellowstone National Park
Following a delightful visit with relatives in Casper, Cody and Powell, Wyoming, we headed back home with a slight detour through Yellowstone National Park.

The sights in Yellowstone don't require a lot of descriptive narrative. After all, how many ways can you say spectacular. The pictures are good, but you have to see the real thing to really appreciative the experience.

Even "spectacular" doesn't describe the absolutely awesome scenery at the southern end of Yellowstone as the Grand Tetons dominate the landscape. See for yourself.

The remaining sights pictured here are south of Yellowstone. The Wind River and Wind River Canyon are near Thermopolis in Wyoming. The other locations are part of the scenic ride home through Utah.
